Order modalities

Customers have the possibility to make their purchases online: through www.articulosdepoker.com. Customers must ensure that they are fully authorized to use the payment card. Only persons with the necessary legal capacity to enter into contracts relating to the class of goods and services proposed on this website may place orders on Articulosdepoker.com.

The data archived by the company constitutes proof of all transactions made between Articulosdepoker.com and customers. The company will confirm to the customer, within a maximum period of 24 hours, that his order has been registered. Sale Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros and include 21% vat.

Shipping Costs

The price of transport will be determined generically as shipments within the peninsula when adding products to the cart. The exact price will be obtained after registration depending on the place of residence of each client.          

Shipping Methods

All orders placed through our website will be sent to the address indicated depending on the choice of each customer, among the different options to choose from those existing in the purchase order and depending on the destinations, forms of payment, etc.

The transport services available are:

  • Correos in its different modalities.
  • Express Mail
  • Collection in store: By opting for this method, customers avoid paying shipping costs, for this, as its name suggests, customers must collect their purchase by their own means at the facilities of our store, arranging in advance the day and time of collection.

If there is a case of unavailability of a product once the order has been placed and before the end of the shipping process of the sale in question, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the partial shipment, of the possible delay or of the cancellation of his order. If the account has already been charged at the time of giving the information regarding the unavailability of the product, a refund will be made for the corresponding amounts, informing the customer near it by sending an e-mail. Once this procedure has been initiated, Articulosdepoker.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer through the means of payment that was used for the purchase or the one indicated at the time and as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

It will be informed of the different delivery times in the step of choice of the carrier and depending on the choice of the same, they will vary in their speed. 

As a rule, all our orders will be delivered within 10 working days from when we receive payment for the order, except for exceptions for major cause, changes or return.

Unavailability of products

If there is a case of unavailability of a product once the order has been placed and before the end of the shipping process of the sale in question, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the partial shipment, of the possible delay or of the cancellation of his order.  ARTICULOSDEPOKER.COM allows the return of the items only within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, having been previously authorized by ARTICULOSDEPOKER.COM and confirmed by email or telephone.

Please contact by email or telephone indicating the reasons for the return and if this proceeds, it must be sent to PORTES PAGADOS to the address indicated.

The rules regarding returns are regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996 and are as follows:

  • Returns that do not come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted.

Guarantee

All the products displayed on the website have a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects and for the years stipulated by current legislation (currently 2 years). The warranty will be invalidated under the following circumstances:

  • Faulty installation by the customer.
  • Damage suffered as a result of natural causes, such as fire or flooding.
  • Damage caused by wear and tear due to its use.
  • Improper transportation by the customer.

Payment Methods

  • Payment by card through the Banco Sabadell payment gateway.
  • With authentication of your account PayPal and subsequent payment.
  • Bank transfer or deposit into account.
  • Cash on delivery (only by choice of SEUR carrier).
  • In cash (only for in-store pickups)  

The deposit of checks or promissory notes in any of our accounts will not be accepted as a means of payment.
