Envío urgente no llegó a tiempo

Solicité envío urgente de 24h para recibirlo a tiempo para hacer un regalo. No llegó ni en 24 ni en 48h. Posteriormente, me puse en contacto y me dijeron que los plazos son aproximados y no depende de ellos, si no del transportista. Me ofrecieron la devolución de la diferencia de los distintos servicios de entrega para posteriormente volverse a excusar comentando que no se hacían responsables del retraso en la entrega, perdiendo ese plus que pagué por un servicio urgente que no se realizó. Con respecto al producto, ningun problema.
